Steven’s Half Marathon run at the Blackmore’s Sydney Running Festival

One of our EnGeneIC R&D scientists, Steven Gao, ran the half marathon (21km) in the 2017 Blackmore’s Sydney Running Festival on September 17th. With the support of Steven’s contacts and other EnGenes, he raised over $1400 for The EnGeneIC Cancer Research Foundation. To set up your own fundraising page to support The EnGeneIC Cancer Research Foundation in any run, bike ride, swim or other sporting event you are passionate about, email us at info@engeneic.com.

Brittany Pufahl’s 5km walk for the EnGeneIC Cancer Research Foundation

Brittany Pufahl, one of our EnGenes, organised a 5km fundraising walk for the EnGeneIC Cancer Research Foundation in July 2017. She called upon her family and friends in her home town of Pittsfield, Massachusetts to walk the 5km with her and raised $630.60 in total. Each participant paid $10 and those that finished the walk are pictured. Brittany has dedicated her time to help organise the Gala dinner for three years running, and we gratefully appreciate her efforts.

The 6th Annual Foundation Gala Dinner

On August 11th, 2017, the EnGeneIC Cancer Research Foundation will host its 6th Annual Gala Dinner. This year it will be held in the Crystal Ball Room at Luna Park, Milsons Point. This exclusive event will help raise much needed financial support for the Foundation’s cancer research projects. Thanks to donations from generous supporters, you will also have the chance to take home some fabulous prizes from our raffle, silent and general auction presented by Peter Baldwin. In keeping with events past, the night’s food and entertainment will be stellar. Photos from 2017’s event.
